Ellie and Thomas represented our School at the Blackpool Young People's Conference on Diversity and Bullying. Ellie and Thomas took part in a range of workshops that delivered important messages:
Don't draw conclusions from first impressions - 'don't judge a book by its cover'
The workshops also explored issues of fairness and equality when giving everyone the opportunity 'to be who they really are' and celebrate differences.
Discussion also centred on stopping bullying for which everyone has to take responsibly to either intervene when we witness it or tell an adult.
Our Boys' and Girls' Football teams won through to the Blackpool Schools' Cup Finals at Stanley Park.
The boys celebrated achieving their 'Runners-up' medals
The girls weren't disappointed either!
The Safeguarding Magic Show encouraged pupils to acquire and develop the skills that keep them safe in the public and when on-line. It was enjoyable and informative.
